Cucumber Vesper

1 oz. SILO Gin
1 oz. Silo Cucumber Vodka
1 oz. Lillet
Lemon peel garnish

Stir ingredients with ice for 10 seconds.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Using a small knife or peeler, remove a piece of peel from lemon; it should be stiff enough to provide some resistance (a little white pith is okay). Twist peel over drink to express oils, then rub around rim of glass. Float peel to garnish.
