Bourbon

A small batch bourbon made with Vermont-grown corn and rye.

We barrel-age the bourbon in small batches so we can create the perfect spirit — full of flavor and true to Vermont quality. Our bourbon is smokey and rich, with just the right amount of sweet.

Cocktail Index
Irish Buck

2 oz SILO Whiskey
.5 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz Ginger Ale

Fill glass with large ice cube. Fill with SILO Whiskey, lime juice and Ginger Ale. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

SILO Old Fashioned

1 ½ oz SILO Bourbon or SILO Whiskey
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Sugar Cube
Few dashes water

Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of plain water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, and a cocktail cherry. Serve on the rocks.
