SILO Sazerac
/2 oz. SILO Reserve Gin
1⁄4 oz. Absinthe
1 Sugar cube
2 Dashes of Peychaud bitters
1 Dash of Angostura bitters
Rinse glass with absinthe.
In mixing glass, dissolve sugar with gin and bitters.
Stir with ice.
Strain into serving glass.
Garnish with lemon peel.
