Small batch whiskey, aged in our bourbon barrels.

This whiskey is made with a mash bill built with a balanced blend of Vermont-grown corn and rye. Aging the whiskey in our bourbon barrels makes this spirit spicy and soul-warming, perfect for a fall night by the fire.

Cocktail Index
Irish Buck

2 oz SILO Whiskey
.5 oz fresh lime juice
3 oz Ginger Ale

Fill glass with large ice cube. Fill with SILO Whiskey, lime juice and Ginger Ale. Stir and garnish with a lime wedge.

SILO Old Fashioned

1 ½ oz SILO Bourbon or SILO Whiskey
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 Sugar Cube
Few dashes water

Place sugar cube in old fashioned glass and saturate with bitters, add a dash of plain water. Muddle until dissolved. Fill the glass with ice cubes and add whiskey. Garnish with orange slice, and a cocktail cherry. Serve on the rocks.

East of Toronto

2 oz. SILO Whiskey
1⁄2 oz. Zucca (rhubarb amaro)
1⁄2 oz. Simple syrup
2 dashes rhubarb bitters
Orange twist

Stir ingredients with ice.
Strain into rocks or cocktail glass.
Garnish with orange twist.
